The so-called HD sound quality is a joke - as another reviewer says it sounds as though the other person is talking through a long tunnel. The buttons are too small and the battery life is poor. One packed up altogether just after the warranty expired so in the end cut my losses and bought a much cheaper Panasonic set - which has superb sound quality and battery life.
