This firewire cable allows you to connect a device or outlet with a male 2x5 pin firewire motherboard connector to a spare Firewire female 6-pin port. The cable can either be connected to a spare internal port on a PCI Firewire card or USB/Firewire combo card, or exit through a PCI opening and plugged into one of the IEEE 1394 ports located at the back of the PC.

Black: S-GND / Over Current / Shielding
