There was a ridiculous amount of farting about getting it activated using a product code to get an item code to get an activation code and so on. Once activated it worked fine....for a day! Only once has it lost the signal which was in the middle of London in an underpass (signal came back within 10-15 seconds on coming out the other side). Read More Rating: - Great Sat NavThis was my choice for my first Sat Nav device and after reading various reviews on amazon I chose this one for the widescreen, future-proof technology but more so for the ease of use. I think it works great, keeps everything simple and I haven't had any problems with the windscreen attachment. I would recommend going elsewhere to get a case. Read More Rating: - Tom Tom has never worked.I brought a Tom Tom XXL for my husband for xmas, he tried to use it for the first time 3 weeks ago. We put the car charger in and nothing happened!! We tried resetting it and all we get is a green light, no screen nothing. We have been in touch with Tom Tom and after a few emails we were told the would be sending us a return box so they can repair it. 2 weeks later we are still waiting for box and there are no replies to our emails!!!
