 Rating:  - Amazon: Great. Monitor: Great. Shipping: Total Rubbish.On arrival, my monitor had disintegrated into three pieces. The electronics, the screen and the front bezel. The Samsung build quality must be good because I was able to re-assemble the bits. None of the spring clips had broken. The monitor worked OK. There is no way of knowing whether City Link had dropped it or if it got bashed earlier in its journey. It might even have been assembled incorrectly in the first place. Read More Rating: - A bit dissappointed on arrival but it is good.Firstly that it arrived from the carrier with a box corner flattened and torn from obvious impact (what do they do throw them on the lorry ?)but mainly that between the screen and the outer frame clearly visible in view on the windows taskbar about half an inch of blue and white wiring hanging out and trapped between the case and into the screen area. I bought this monitor recently, replacing a 20" widescreen Belinea 102035w . I was worried about this being a TN 6 bit panel. However, I haven't noticed any difference in quality. If anything, this monitor is brighter (in a good way). From the beginning it has had one red, dead pixel in the corner. I've always worried about them since my friend got a cheap 15" LCD with a glowing red blob in the centre. ... Read More Rating:  - viewing angle is not greatAlthough for sharpness colour contrast and looks of this monitor are superb, there is a big flaw if you are considering this for any graphics or photo work. The LCD uses TN (Twisted Nematic)technology which although is cheaper to produce it does meen a smaller viewing angle in the vertical. You will notice this when looking at a image that the tone changes from top to bottom.
