I hooked it up, Vista saw and installed it and my old HP LaserJet 4L gets a new lease of life. Rating: - Good, cheap and best of all a 2m cableFirst, my thanks to Mr Lewis in his review for pointing out that this is a 2 metre cable, there is nothing in the product info to tell you, most others I've seen on ebay are only 1m long for usb to centronics. I used this cable for my trusty HP Laserjet series III and it works fine, just note that the port setting used is USB instead of LPT. Although this may seem obvious, usb to serial cables appear as a comm port in device manager and I was expecting to see an LPT port with this cable connected..you ...
