 Rating:  - Clever machine !Upgrading from a compact point and shot and want to keep it simple? go fot it ! Want some more and thinking about get into photography more seriously ? Get yourself a DSRL (digital single lens reflex). Bought this camera for around £100 but I want to upgrade it already, the fact is that even if you use this camera in full manual ... well it isn't a SLR although very clever. Though I am very impressed with picture quality, the video quality is very poor. In fact, I am disappointed with video quality. Kodak camera with similar specification would produce much better video quality. I chose it because it takes my existing SD cards, it has a powerful 10x optical zoom and a continuous shooting setting plus it takes standard AA batteries. I've found it be a very good camera for the money -it has a huge range of features, the lcd screen is large and clear, battery life is excellent and the viewfinder with a tiny internal lcd screen is v useful in bright sunlight.
