The product may be good, but trying to obtain a Licence number to use the product after the 30-day trial is horrendous. Firstly, you have to complete their Form and upload this as an attachment to an email; secondly you have to provide proof that the Student is in education; and thirdly you have to provide a photo of the Student/Child.
