 Rating:  - Works well, but only 4 independent USB portsFollowing up on an earlier review of mine (which seems to have disappeared) the card slotted into an old Asus P4 motherboard and was recognised immediately by XP. No additional drivers required. Worked fine for me with a Sony Mini DV camera (Firewire port) and various USB devices plugged into the USB ports (cameras, mice, etc.) One point worth bearing in mind (and the reason I'm only giving it 4 stars) is that the internal USB socket, the 5 pin header next to it, and the topmost USB ... No instructions, driver disk full of random software, nowhere to go for help, no use at all. Waste of money. Buying cheap stuff is a false economy. Wish I'd spent more on something more credible.
