I must warn people not to buy this router if you have power problems. The first router I had arrived and the setting up was so simple and quick. It was the hub of my home network allowing me to share my computers and devices without complications. The performance was good in being a modem/router and wireless but there is achillies heal. It dont like power cuts and as I live in a rural place we seem to get a quite a few through out the year.

Got this today and setting it up was fairly simple. So far it has worked perfectly giving me a blazing 270Mbps. I had one drop out so far but that was the fault of the wireless adapter. Overall i am very pleased. Be warned, avoid updating the firmware as in my case it caused dropouts in connectivity. Once I downgraded the firmware it worked perfectly.

I was in the market for a wireless N router but couldn't wait so went to Maplin to buy one.
Unfortunately they only had one in stock when I went - a Belkin F5D8233UK4. I took this home, fiddled about for a while a got it connected... it connected around 5Mbps when I was getting a solid 8Mbps with my old router. I decided to take it back and swop it for something else...

This was a piece of cake to install, and with N spec USB on our Dell laptop and as standard on our MacBook and MacBook Pro's, the speed was 270 and range excellent throughout the house. In fact 5 stars until...day 6 when the wireless just packed up. The lamp was illuminated on the modem, but the device could not be detected by either of our 2 laptops, 2 MacBooks, a Desktop PC, I-Pod Touch, 4 various Nokia phones (you get the message). Very very easy to setup. Just keep pen and paper handy to write down all the Passwords you create. And put the CD in the drive and follow the instructions. Your 12 years old can do it.
Highly Recommended.
