![]() Rating: - Bang on for the moneyI disagree with the last two reviewers - these are very good for £45, and perfect if you want a pair of speakers connected to a PC, and you want clear, well resolved sound. I have had 3 or 4 Creative systems prior to this, and have always found they make well constructed, musical kit. They are a good size, not too big (like T40s) by your PC, and well made, with separate grilles. Agree that the blue light is annoying, but a dab of white-tack covers that up no problem. These speakers ... Read More Rating: - Not that greatThese speakers are only marginaly better than the usual £20 variety. They are not even worth the reduced price of £50. Sound quality is reasonable and balanced at low volumes but turn up the volume and the bass response is completely overpowered by the mid-range, making for a decidedly rubbish sound. Read On...I have bought the Creative GigaWorks T20 to replace a modest pair of Altec Lancing since I am used to editing sound on proper monitors and I wanted a more capable pair of speakers to hear music on my laptop. I really liked the design and how sturdy they felt, the mid range sound and upper levels are crisp with good sound definition, but the bass was just awful. The speaker cabinet is plastic which is exactly how it sounded, it overpowers the good bits and just ruins what is a well designed sound system. I suppose I am just being over ... Read More Rating: - BeautifulTo keep it breif, I decided to buy some better quality 2.0 speakers over some low end 5.1 ones to go with the new sound card for my laptop. -Not disapointed in the slightest! Paid under £40 not including p+p and the clarity of these slaughters my stereo! Worth every penny! Browse for similar items by category:
