I didn't select a specific supplier, so Amazon defaulted to DigiplayUK as the supplier. Having bought a counterfeit memory stick in the past I'm very aware of how prevalent fakes are, so when my memory stick arrived I naturally subjected it to as many tests as possible to make sure it was genuine. I emailed Digiplay who suggested returning the card, which turned out to be OK but was changed anyway. I received the new one today and everything is now working fine. Still only about ten days from ordering. Well done Digiplay I wish more sellers were this good.
