Display details of the shopping cart on ALL pages.
- Show when cart is empty.
- Show each product in cart with Quantity - Price per unit - Line price (Quantity * Unit price)
- Show total number of items in cart
- Show total cart price - minus any postage and packaging.
- Shows a checkout button to take the user to the relevant Amazon store to arrange payment.
