Types of Joomla Support Packages
Our support services are offered in two main flavours: 'Contracted Joomla Support' and 'On Demand Joomla Support'.
Our Contracted Joomla Support is designed for ongoing longer term client relationships. We are not a "quick in and out" company, we are with you for the long haul. Contracted services are available at a deep discount as they are our preferred mode of operation. The consistent nature of the work allows us to better plan resources and offer a smoother service. In addition the retained work eases the back and forth communication and removes a whole layer of administration on both client and provider.
On Demand Joomla support services are more usually useful to people we don't already have a business relationship with us and who have a serious problem requiring immediate assistance.
Contracted Joomla Support Services
Contracted Support Services are available to clients using Joomla or Mambo Content Management Systems. Our support staff use these systems every day so we have a vast array of experience with which to help you.
Retained clients purchase a block of hours each month which guarantees them access to services when they need them. In return, they receive a deep discount - over 33%. This is partly a thank you for the regular flow of work and reduced administrative burden - and in part an acknowledgement that not everyone will use all of their pre-purchased hours (which don't roll over).
