Rest assured that the script is inexpensive for anyone to utilise and that some limited free support will be provided via this site, but we are unable to offer one to one support on a free basis. We will do our best to update documentation and clarify as many issues as we can - but we simply do not have the resources to deal one to one with everyone.

When contacting us for support please remember that people who are polite, considerate, patient, and who give as many details of their situation as possible are far more likely to receive the limited free assistance that we can offer - communication from rude, aggressive and demanding individuals will be either ignored - or in the worst cases, published for all to see. I am sorry to have reached the stage where I feel it is necessary to make these statements up front, but unfortunately we have experienced a growing trend in this type of communication.
