Whilst the tasks we are called upon to carry out may be varied, we are capable of handling all situations. Our service costs are assessed on a case by case basis and we will work with customers prior to contract to ascertain and design the best service and cost for you. Commercial Telephone Support Rates For Business CustomersFor business customers our rates start at £25.00 + VAT per month, which is our basic service and offers telephone support, whereby our technicians will try and talk you through a straightforward diagnostic and potential "fix" of the problem. If this cannot be done over the telephone then either a site visit or workshop repair can be arranged. We have different packages available where these onsite visits / workshop repairs are either included within the monthly charge or can be engaged on an 'on-demand' basis for a modest extra fee. All Inclusive Commercial Support Rates Support ServicesThe top tier of support packages offers everything that can be done on-site on the same day and we price individually based on contributing factors such as age of equipment, operating system etc, knowledge and experience of your existing on-site staff. Monthly or Quarterly Security And Performance ReviewsWhy wait for computer problems to occur? We can help reduce the risk of data loss, and catastrophic hardware failure through regular check-ups. Visiting your premises either quarterly or monthly we can check your equipment is performing optimally. We can ensure that anti-virus and other critical software is up-to-date and fully functional, that you are covered by adequate licenses and that Windows has all of the necessary updates applied. We can ensure that performance optimisation techniques such as disk defragmentation and disk clean-up are run and that users are fully aware of their role and responsibilities in terms of system security. Obviously, having our engineers on site and physically in the presence of the computers means that they are better able to spot potential future issues - noisy fans that can indicate future heat problems are a classic example of this.
