About our software
We are leading providers of advice and consultancy within the Joomla and Mambo CMS communities. We offer a limited range of software and have recently moved to charging for the download of our products.
We like to think of this as a 'firm nudge to donate' - experience has shown that whilst people actually don't mind making a small donation in principal - in practise they defer the donation until they test the software and then with no reason to re-visit the site they forget the donation. By encouraging the donation up front we solve this issue, and by making a payment you support the on-going development of the product.
Of course some people will object to this and think we are forcing the issue too strongly. We understand how you could come to this decision and we wish you well with your search for gratis (no charge) software offering similar functionality. Unfortunately we can no longer offer our software using the donation model. Our software will remain free (in the GPL 'freedom' sense of the word) but is no longer gratis (free of any charge).
Past donators who wish to access our software should please contact us directly - we thank those of you who did donate and we will respect the spirit of your donations and continue to supply our software to you for free.
