Rating: - Superb movie
I didn't know what to expect when I saw this movie, as I was in the middle of a two or three-month stretch of renting out nothing but "hood" movies, most of which were fairly mediocre. Here, though, I wasn't disappointed.

Rating: - LL Cool Js best film.
This is actually a very good film. LL Cool J plays an unusual role as a rough ruthless gang leader and he plays it brilliantly. Throughout the film Omar Epps goes undercover as his second in command and its pretty much the same story...BUT...with this i really did start to wonder how it was going to end. And you will 2. Not for everyone but i would certainly recommend it to everyone anyway. Really well done and acting makes you feel like it is actually happening.

Rating: - A wicked Gangsta film
This absolutely superb! A great watch, tense all they way through. It's gotta be said that LL Cool J plays fannys in most of his films. But not in this one! He is a proper rude-boy. I can guarantee that you won't be playing pool for at least a week after watching this! Omar Epps is also great, just like he was in higher learning. On the whole, this film is a classic and is realy along the same lines as New Jack City. Watch it!

If you like Boyz N The Hood then this is a must buy. This dvd was the first movie i brought and it had me sitting on the edge of the seat from the beginning to the end. Excellent acting from LL Cool J who is the hard time gangster. Great actor Omar Epps plays the undercover cop which has been given a dangerous mission to stop the gangster.
