Rating: - Good but not for meditation
I really enjoyed this CD and I did find the music relaxing. However as someone who meditates regularly I do not think that it is music that would be used to meditate to. One can sit and relax to this CD but if you want to meditate this CD, in places, can be quite stirring and would not lend itself to an actual meditation practice.

Rating: - De-stress with Mozart!
The CD is aptly named - lovely pieces, all with a calming influence, yet with sufficient variety of approach and instrument not to be repetitive. Good to listen to whilst driving, doing frustating chores such as ironing or simply as background chill-out music, the 11 tracks are each of sufficient length to relax to before moving on gently to the next. Definitely recommended.

Rating: - This is such a relaxing cd..... perfect for chilling out!
This series is a perfect of example of how classical music CAN appeal to lots more people, if it is marketed in the right way.

This is such a fabulous album that mine went walkabout and I just have to buy another to replace it.

It really works and I find that now I automatically start to unwind when I hear it.... Highly recommended and I can't believe that more people haven't reviewed it.

Rating: - Mozart was indeed the master of diversity.
However stressed you may feel, this CD is guaranteed to help you to relax. Sit back and listen and from the beginning of the very first track you will find that your breathing slows and the more you listen and clear your mind of other thoughts the calmer you will become. Whether you have a preference for piano, string or wind instruments, there will be something for you. I personally enjoyed every track.
